Westport, Conn. (March 8, 2007) — TV's top-rated "American Idol" is partnering with the Charity Projects Entertainment Fund to help change the lives of children in need. During the "American Idol" broadcasts on the Fox network this April 24th and April 25th, viewers will have the opportunity to help generate donations for the Charity Projects Entertainment Fund that will support programs that fight poverty in Africa and here in the United States. Save the Children has been identified as a future recipient of funds raised during those broadcasts. Be sure to tune in! Add this event to my Outlook calendar!
